Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

At Texas Appliance Hub, we specialize in open-box, scratch-and-dent, clearance, and special-purchase appliances. Due to the nature of our discounted inventory and limited-availability products, we maintain a strict but fair policy to ensure transparency and consistency for all customers. 

  1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made at Texas Appliance Hub are final sale. 

We do not offer: 

  • Refunds 
  • Order cancellations after pickup or delivery 
  • Returns due to change of mind 
  • Returns due to incorrect sizing, measurements, or buyer’s remorse 

Customers are strongly advised to review all product details carefully before completing a purchase. 

  1. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions: 

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of pickup or delivery 
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the appliance 
  • Clear photo or video evidence is provided 
  • The product is returned in its original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and serial number labels 

If Approved, You May Receive: 

  • A replacement of the same model (subject to availability), or 
  • Store credit for future purchases 

Note: Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. 

  1. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for: 

  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect fit/measurements 
  • Cosmetic imperfections disclosed prior to purchase 
  • Open-box, scratch-and-dent, clearance, or “as-is” items 
  • Installed, used, or modified appliances 
  • Missing packaging, parts, or removed serial numbers 
  • Damage resulting from improper installation or handling 
  • Damage caused by third-party delivery services not arranged by Texas Appliance Hub 
  1. Delivery Damage Policy
  • If delivery is handled by Texas Appliance Hub, any damage must be reported within 48 hours with supporting photo or video proof. 
  • If delivery is arranged by the customer or a third-party carrier, Texas Appliance Hub is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product leaves our facility. 
  1. Warranty Coverage
  2. Manufacturer Warranty (If Applicable)

Some appliances may include a manufacturer warranty depending on the brand and model.
Warranty details are provided at the time of purchase and must be claimed directly through the manufacturer’s authorized service network. 

  1. Store Warranty (Selected Products Only)

Certain appliances may include a store warranty from Texas Appliance Hub. These products will be clearly marked as “Store Warranty Included.” 

Store warranty covers: 

  • Functional defects only 

It does not cover: 

  • Cosmetic imperfections 
  • Installation-related issues 
  • Physical damage after delivery or pickup 

Warranty duration and coverage vary based on the product type. 

  1. Required Documentation for Claims

To process any exchange or warranty claim, customers must provide: 

  • Valid order number or purchase receipt 
  • Product serial number 
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue 
  • Detailed description of the problem 
  • Delivery confirmation (if applicable) 
  1. Additional Terms
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted 
  • Store credit is good for ninety days after it is issued.  
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability 
  • Special-order and high-value items may include additional terms and conditions
